Dear reader anything proceeding no matter for how long, has got the way it begun and the one who can properly explain its beginning is its founder(s).Let’s see how the UWATA founder clearly explains its revelation. UWATA founder is the late HARRISON YESAYA MWAKISWALELE born in 1920, at MANOW – TUKUYU-MBEYA, TANZANIA. The following is the part of explanation found in his first book namely ”NILISUMBULIWA SANA LAKINI NAMSHUKURU MUNGU ALIYENIOKOA (I WAS TROUBLED A LOT BUT I THANK GOD WHO SAVED ME)” on steps he pursued to gain the revelation of UWATA salvation.

Six years after my birth, my mother passed away and I was taken to my grandmother where I got embarrassed and tormented. When I returned to my father’s place the situation was the same as that of the grandmothers place because my father had a lot of wives, in fact my father took me back to the grandmothers place. When I was a school boy I attended classes in mission school where apart from normal education I was deeply taught religious subject though the knowledge couldn’t separate me from sinning. I began reading the Bible to obtain the truth,

“I did put much effort in reading the Bible, I read from Genesis to the Revelation of John, I read deeply and understood what was meant. The purpose was to know which church really followed the Bible teachings. I managed to read from the book of Genesis to Revelation of John three times.”

Through reading the Bible; I knew the presence of God and how he is holy! And the way he hates sins. I also knew the presence of Lake of fire. Furthermore I knew the effects of sin so I didn’t like it at all, but I used to sin whether I didn’t like it (Romans 7:19-20).

Just after sinning I felt unhappy without internal peace at all. I ended up condemning myself and crying as to why am I sinning? The pain I felt from sinning was once the reason for my kneeling when praying before God; though we Lutherans had no habit of kneeling while praying except for those few who are revealed to do so.

During second World war from 1939 to 1945, I was in the war from 1942 in Madagascar just after returning from Buruma in Japan. I committed a very crucial problem (sin) which was unforgettable in my life under the sun, maybe I won’t remember when I have passed away. It was in 1944 when I traveled for holidays. When I arrived home I visited one of witch-doctor (mganga) who was close to my house so that he may give me some medicine for protection against witch-crafts; this was because I was afraid of Nyasa’s, Luo’s and Kamba’s who were well equipped with witch-crafts medicines and they were the once closer to me in the war. Just after taking the first dose of that medicine the problem started, i use to run during sleep time, even during day hours when I attempted to sleep I used to jump from sleep and shout loudly because I was scared of danger I was seeing. I always see a group of soldiers coming to kill and even bury me alive!!

One day while returning to the war from Dodoma to Mwanza through Tabora we traveled by train; I jumped from sleep frightened and shouting in a scary way as a result i dropped from my bed (second Decker) to the people sleeping on the first Decker. Those days trains had double Decker and i was on top Decker. I was troubled and embarrassed by this disease from 1944 until 1957 after repenting sins of mine including witch doctors medicine, smuggling, adultery, corruption, anger and others. This was the end of the disease which had troubled me. Glory to Jesus.

• I started mourning and crying to God since 1950. I use to mourn to God, praying in this way:

• Why I like committing sin which I don’t like?

After having some slight changes for two years I found myself praying in this way:

• What should I do to overcome sin?

After a year I found myself praying this way:

• Lord show me the way, Lord show me the way

• One day I heard a voice telling me, tell your sins to Jesus. I COULDN'T LOSE THIS OPORTUNITY. (Isaiah 43:25-26). Then I started explaining to the Lord all sins I committed and finalising with amen; for the first time in my life I felt very wonderful joy. Finally I heard the voice saying, YOU ARE FORGIVEN!!!!

• Next day I heard a voice saying, go and farewell all prostitutes you committed adultery with and return anything you took by false accusation, then I did as I was told. Those I stole from them some wanted repayment and others declared forgiveness for me. I thanked God for his greatness, mercy and compassion to human beings.

• THAT WAS HOW I GOT SALVATED!!!!..
• The voice of the Lord wasn’t through; the followed day I heard the voice saying, you have gods; then it showed me medicines I took from witch doctors like some kind of fine flour, roots and three charms. These medicines were for protection against witch crafts, for being lucky, for being loved by society, for being promoted at job place e.t.c. I obeyed right that moment and collected and casted all into the nearby toilet. By fear I also casted the medicines from the Hospital.

Later the Lord revealed to me that Hospital medicines are not as bad as witch doctors medicines which have demons, because the discovery of witch doctors medicines is led by demons while those from the hospital are scientific discoveries (Ecclesiastes 7:29)

Dear reader if you have read to the above line, I am sure you are now aware of how it's difficult to reach Heaven, badly enough there is no short cut to reach Heaven rather than repenting and forsaking sins as emphasized in (Proverbs 28:13), and (2 Timothy 2:19). If you have understood and agreed to prepare the journey to Heaven while still in this World as the Bible prepares us, then join us in one of our branches which are at every corner of Tanzania as well as abroad. It may happen that you once repented but still sinning, then its obvious that you were not forgiven and Jesus didn't dwell in your heart. Welcome we will give you a clear and proper instruction on how to repent and forsake sins untill you overcome them. Remember the time to prepare is now, after death nothing can be changed except resurrection.

Joining procedures:

The process of becoming a member of the community in UWATA is through repenting one sin after another and abandoning them. The following things must be done at the time of joining:

1. The person to be witnessed or preached the Word of God, being directed how to repent after having agreed from his/her own free will to repent one sin after another and then forsake them completely. Witnessing or preaching God's Word aims to fulfill the requirements of God's Word of John 6:44-45.
2. Another way is a person who hears the voice of God saying go and repent at UWATA;
3. Another is attracted by the songs sung during worship;
4. Another is attracted by the good behavior of individual UWATA member or UWATA members as a whole;
5. Another is in search of God or in search of true salvation and come to the branch of UWATA himself;
6. Another experiences a miracle, such as being cured of an illness that is bothering him/her through the intercession of the UWATA member/members of UWATA;
7. And/or any other acceptable way in UWATA including hearing the Word of God and come to repent.

After repenting one sin at a time, he/she will promise in front of Jesus and in front of many witnesses that he/she will not repeat the sins already repented. Witnesses are UWATA members and the word "many" is the presence of one or more UWATA member(s) at the time of repentance.

As of current time UWATA has reached almost every district of our country and neaby countries as well as abroad. So far UWATA has branches in USA, Canada, Australia, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia and Malawi.

Systematic growth of UWATA is promoted by fulfilment of not limited to the following plans:

1. To preach the Word of God all over the world so that everyone who believes repents their sins and forsakes them to finally reach Heaven.
2. Gathering every day to study God's Word and Pray.
3. To pray for all people, the country and the Government with its leaders.
4. Praying for the leaders of all churches.
5. Providing social services such as Education, Health and Environmental Care.
6. Engaging in economic activities such as agriculture, trade and industry.
